Join local Yale alumni, students, and community members for another Gathering at Mory’s, an evening of socializing, networking, and learning from our special guest, Pippa Jack, the Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Alumni Magazine.

As always, your first drink (wine, beer, soft drink) and munchies are compliments of the Yale Club of New Haven.

Pippa Jack, an innovative and versatile editor who led Brown Alumni Magazine to a series of honors for its print and digital editions and expanded its reach, was named editor of Yale Alumni Magazine in July 2025. Jack grew up in Oxford, England, the daughter of two professors: a philosopher from New England and a neuroscientist from New Zealand. She and her brother grew up spending time in both the United Kingdom and the United States, chiefly Block Island, R.I., where her grandparents spent their summers. She attended Oxford University, where she studied classics, and later earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder. Jack is married to an American and they have two daughters, ages 13 and 21, as well as two dogs, two cats, a pottery habit, and a temperamental wood stove. Learn more about Pippa Jack.
